In this hustle,
In this fast pace of battle,
In this competition of rustle,

In this life of bottled up emotions,
In this life of dismantled actions,
In this life of settled reactions,
Are you forgetting your gentle self?

In this life of time and tide wait for none,
In this life of being kind and courageous  for everyone,
In this life of leaving footprints on sand for someone,
Are you forgetting your gentle self?

In this life of the  rat race,
I'm glad you're joining in with fast pace,
I'm happy for your failures and successes,
But hey there,with all this your way,
