Finding my home

Sometimes I still question,

What is it, that makes the human mind so different?

At different stages,

We learn to adapt, grow and evolve,

Within this span of time,

We interact and meet different people,

Some of which,

Help us, support us and add value to our lives,

Others not so much,

Somewhere in this hustle,

We find our home. 


Sometimes, I meet people,

I interact with them,

I connect with them,

Their habits, ideas and mindsets,

Change, grow, evolve and add on to mine,

I become like them,

They tend to become like me,

Somewhere in this hustle,

We find our home. 


Sometimes, I still question,

What is it that will make us obsessed with habits?

What is it that will make us stick to our goals?

What is it that makes us create a schedule?

Let alone stick to it,

Somewhere in looking for that,

We find our home. 


Sometimes, I still question,

What do we do to find our home?

If you look at it,

You get used to being with people who you connect with,

You get used to the places you go everyday,

You get used to enjoying your time and being yourself in these places,

And somewhere in that hustle,

We find our home❤️

 Three years later, Here I am, Sharing with my world, a piece of my world, Presenting to you, Perception- A Collection of Poems! Yes, you heard it right, I published a book!
